Samantha Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Global Director of Customer Success at Velocity Global since March 2020, Samantha has progressively advanced through roles including Global Senior Manager and Global Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes a role as Strategy Consultant at Rêve Advisors, where the focus was on aligning business goals with company strategies. Previously, as Global Head of Products at Selina, Samantha contributed to the hospitality sector by enhancing global operations across 60 locations. With earlier experience at Remote Year as Product Development Manager and Operations Manager, and significant tenure at PwC in Transaction Services, Samantha possesses a strong foundation in valuation services and international operations.
