Nisseem Nabar

Nisseem Nabar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nisseem'smost recent position is as the Director of Data Analytics at Velocity, a role they began in March 2022. Prior to this, Nisseem worked at Citi, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President of Strategic Analytics from July 2020 to March 2022, Vice President of Decision Management from January 2017 to July 2020, and Data Scientist at Citigroup GDM from July 2013 to January 2017. Before Citi, Nisseem worked as an Associate in Quantitative Research and Trading at Photon Capital Group from July 2011 to March 2013. Nisseem also worked as a Consultant in Technology at ICFAI University Group from December 2011 to May 2012, and as a Quantitative Analyst and Trader at JayPee Capital services Ltd. from August 2010 to June 2011. Nisseem's earliest work experience was as an Intern in the Quantitative Strategies Group at Brics Securities from April 2009 to June 2009, where they worked on projects related to applying quantitative asset allocation models to NSE Nifty stocks and creating sectoral indices.

Nisseem Nabar completed a B.E in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai between 2001 and 2006. Following that, between 2006 and 2008, Nabar pursued an MSc Engg in Electrical Engg. Signal Processing at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Later, from 2008 to 2010, Nabar attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Finance, Marketing, Strategy, and Economics.
