Rashi Garg

Rashi Garg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rashi currently serves as the Business Head at Velocity since December 2022. Prior to joining Velocity, they worked at ZestMoney as an Associate Director, where they were responsible for driving GMV in a network of 75k physical retail outlets and scaling the business from 0 to 180 cr worth disbursals monthly. Rashi also held the role of Senior Manager - In-store (Offline) Business at ZestMoney.

Before ZestMoney, Rashi worked at Paisabazaar as the AVP, Business Head - Liabilities for a period of six months. Rashi'srole involved managing the liabilities business. Rashi also has experience working at CarDekho, where they held the positions of Business Head - Bike Finance and Client Services Manager. In these roles, they managed the P&L of the bike finance business and played a role in automating the finance journey for customers.

Additionally, Rashi has worked at TALENTEDGE - by Arrina Education as an Assistant Manager, Amul (GCMMF) as a Management Intern, Benchmark Six Sigma as a Client Relationship Manager-Intern, and Infosys as a System Engineer.

Throughout their career, Rashi has demonstrated expertise in driving business growth, managing P&L, and developing sustainable and scalable business models.

Rashi Garg completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications from Modi Institute of Technology & Science, between 2006 and 2010. Following that, from 2012 to 2014, Rashi pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research.
