Tatjana Kovacevic

Tatjana Kovacevic, PhD, currently serves as the Scientific Engagement Manager at Velsera since January 2023, previously holding the same title at Seven Bridges. Prior experience includes a PhD candidacy at Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute from October 2017 to July 2022, where research focused on age and pregnancy-related changes in the mammary gland through single cell RNA sequencing. Tatjana also participated in the CJBS EnterpriseTech program at Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre and conducted a master's thesis at Heidelberg University on super-resolution imaging of Drosophila larval brains. Earlier roles include a research internship at Cancer Research UK, investigating lincRNAs in murine hematopoiesis, and an educational background consisting of a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Belgrade, a Master's degree in Developmental Biology from Heidelberg University, and a PhD in Medical Science from the University of Cambridge.
