Geeta Raj has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and people management. Geeta'smost recent position was with Veltris as the Associate Director - People & Culture. Prior to that, they worked at West Agile Labs in the same role and also served as the Head of People & Culture at the company. Geeta has also held positions as the Head of Human Resources at Global Tree, Dy.Gen.Mgr - HR, Legal & Admin at Tata Motors, and Head of HR & Operations at GLOBAL TREE EDUCATION & IMMIGRATION SERVICES. Before transitioning into the HR field, they worked as an Entrepreneur and Trainer at Ophir Events. Geeta has a strong background in recruiting and HR, having held positions such as Manager - Human Resources at Proxim Wireless, Sr. Executive - Human Resource at Ness IBS, and IT Recruitment Head at Personal Network. Geeta began their career as a Junior Lawyer at the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

Geeta Raj attended Osmania University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Law (B.L / L.L.B).
