Jerry Stewart

Jerry Stewart has a strong background in software engineering and management. Jerry worked as a Senior Director of Engineering at Venafi from December 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Director/Sr. Manager of Engineering at Venafi from June 2011 to December 2017. Before joining Venafi, Jerry worked at Symantec Corp as a Sr. Development Manager in the Enterprise Management Group from October 2003 to June 2011. Jerry also served as a Sr. Manager of Development in the Data and Systems Management Group at Symantec Corp from 2005 to 2009. Earlier in their career, Jerry worked as a Software Engineer at PowerQuest from March 1998 to October 2003, and as a Software Engineer at Novell/WordPerfect from May 1996 to March 1998. Jerry began their career as a Customer Support & Quality Assurance Engineer at WordPerfect in 1990 and worked there until March 1996.

Jerry Stewart attended Brigham Young University from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Electronic Engineering Technology. Jerry then proceeded to Utah Valley University from 1992 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
