Finance Manager - Business Operations at Venator

Ainsley Callaghan has extensive work experience in finance and accounting positions. Ainsley started their career at British Waterways as an Internal Auditor from March 2000 to August 2003, and later worked as a Financial Analyst from September 2003 to September 2005. Ainsley then joined Saint-Gobain as a Management Accountant from October 2005 to March 2007, followed by roles as an Acquisitions Accountant from April 2007 to December 2008, a Working Capital Accountant from January 2009 to June 2010, a Financial Controller for Acquisition Brands from July 2010 to December 2011, and a Finance Manager from January 2012 to July 2012. Ainsley then moved to Air Liquide and worked as a Senior Operations Control Manager from July 2012 to January 2014. After that, they joined Working Links as a Finance Business Partner from January 2014 to January 2015, followed by a role as an AP & AR Manager for Maternity Cover from January 2015 to May 2015. Ainsley was then promoted to Interim Financial Controller from May 2015 to December 2017, and finally served as a Commercial Accountant from January 2018 to August 2018. Currently, they are working as a Business Finance Analyst at Venator Materials Plc.

Ainsley Callaghan pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of York from 1996 to 1999. Later, from 2000 to 2004, Ainsley attended ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) to obtain an ACCA degree with a field of study in Accounting.
