Valentina Dudinov has a diverse work experience in various industries. Valentina started their career as a Retail Assistant at Modeservice Ost GmbH in 2009 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they worked as an International Office Employee at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2013 to 2013. Valentina then joined CJD Braunschweig as a Teaching Staff member for a period of 6 months in 2014. Valentina also gained experience as a Technical Customer Support Representative at Randstad from September 2014 to February 2015. In 2015, they became a Product Manager at Archiv Verlag GmbH until December 2016. Valentina then joined Venator Materials Plc in 2017 and worked as a Customer Account Coordinator until January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Order Planner at the same company.

Valentina Dudinov pursued their education at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. From 2007 to 2011, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International and Intercultural Communication, with a minor in Sociology. Building on this foundation, they went on to obtain a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International and Intercultural Communication from the same university, studying from 2011 to 2014.

During their time as a student, Valentina participated in an exchange program at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2010, focusing on Russian Studies.

Furthermore, in 2023, Valentina Dudinov acquired a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS.
