Ray Ragland has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2011. Ray started their career as an Area IT Director at Central Command Headquarters, where they managed contractors and government employees, analyzed systems and procedures, and performed preventative maintenance on the network. In 2006, they became the IT Customer Support Manager at Sterling Savings Bank, where they oversaw a support team and created structure for procedure documents. In 2010, they joined Venatore as an HP/Micro Focus Content Manager Administration Manager/Site Lead/Records Management, where they led a team in organizing and structuring CENTCOM's Records Management area and managed Hewlett-Packard RM/TRIM servers. Ray'smost recent role was with USCENTCOM CCJ6 as a Senior Automation & Technologies Engineer to Records Management.
Ray Ragland attended Auburn University at Montgomery from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Business Management. In addition to their degree, Ray also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Active Navigation (obtained in January 2012), Hewlett-Packard Total Records Information Management (TRIM) (obtained in January 2010), Security + (obtained in September 2014), and ITIL® Foundation (obtained in March 2012).
