Senior Project Lead Software Engineer at Vencore, Inc.

Lea Enfield has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and project management. Lea started their career in 1994 as a Senior Software Engineer at ADC Telecommunications, where they served as a Project Manager and developed software for the Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) system. During their time at ADC Telecommunications, Lea Enfield also patented two software algorithms.

In 1999, Lea Enfield joined Science Applications International Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager. Lea collaborated with Nexen, Incorporated in Yemen to re-engineer Upstream Oil Production volume reporting. Lea conducted reviews of the process performance framework and interviewed Asset Teams to identify performance enhancements.

From 2009 to 2011, Lea Enfield worked at Computer Science Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer. Lea created and implemented the Change Management Advocacy Network, facilitating cross-organizational communication and collaboration of management initiatives. Lea also gathered business data, requirements, and identified improvement opportunities by liaising with key stakeholders and SMEs.

Lea Enfield joined Vencore Inc. in 2011 as a Senior Project Lead Software Engineer. Lea managed an agile team of 15 members for the implementation of an engineering portal using SharePoint 2010. Lea established the site hierarchy, defined applications, and supported business logic and custom data display for collaboration and business intelligence. Lea worked closely with internal and external teams throughout the project.

In 2014, Lea Enfield joined Northrop Grumman as a Software Engineer. Further details about their role are not provided.

Lea Enfield pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1987. After a gap in their education, they went on to earn their Master's degree in Telecommunications from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, attending the institution from 1998 to 2002.
