Elizabeth Ajala

Elizabeth Ajala has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Elizabeth most recently worked at Vendease as the Head of People Operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead, Centre of Excellence at the same company. Elizabeth also worked at Tunel Comms as a Lead Trainer and Consultant. At Paga Group Ltd, Elizabeth served as the Manager of Learning and Development and later as the Team Lead of Learning and Development. Elizabeth was also a Digital Skills Trainer at Google Digital Skills For Africa and a Senior Trainer at Teleperformance. Additionally, they worked as a Trainer at Raconteur Productions and as an Examination Officer at the British Council.

Elizabeth Ajala completed their MA in Educational Leadership at the University of Roehampton in 2019. Elizabeth has also obtained various certifications, including a Human Resource Practitioner License from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria in 2023, a Learning and Development Specialist certification from the Learning and Development Network International in 2023, and a Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) certification from HRCI in 2022. Elizabeth has also obtained certifications in areas such as training, design thinking, and digital marketing from institutions like LinkedIn, IBM, Facebook, Google, and Accenture.
