Lakshmi Babhale

Lakshmi Babhale has been working in Human Resources since 2010. Lakshmi has held various roles in the field, starting with Senior Executive Human Resources at FOURTH DIMENSION ARCHITECTS PVT. LTD. in 2010. From 2015 to 2019, they served as Manager HR & Admin at VARAD SHELTERS PRIVATE LIMITED/ Global Transformation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In 2019, they took on a Project role at Swid Process Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and currently holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager at Vendekin Technologies since 2021.

Lakshmi Babhale completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Chetan Dattaji Gaikwad Institute of Management Studies (Savitribai Phule Pune University) between 2018 and 2020. Lakshmi has also obtained several certifications from Middle Earth HR, including Certified HR & L and D Analytics Metrics Professional, Certified HR Business Partner, Certified HR Analytics & Metrics Professional, Certified Performance & Competency Developer, Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager, and Certified Recruitment Analyst between 2016 and 2022. In addition, they have also been trained in Building Interactive Dashboards by Skill Nation in October 2022.
