Ashish Yajnik

Ashish Yajnik has over 20 years of experience in product management, with their most recent role being the Senior Vice President of Product at Vendia, a Series B start-up that has built a data platform with real-time data collaboration capabilities. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Cloud business owner for Data and Analytics offerings at Teradata and as the Senior Director of Product Management for Data Protection at Dell EMC. Ashish has also worked at Symantec and Veritas Technologies in various product management roles and specializes in cloud services and advanced analytics. Yajnik has built and launched new offerings in data protection and management space, disrupted the backup market, and built a multi-level team of product managers from scratch. Additionally, they have expertise in Agile methodology and has managed software development and architecture for Cluster Volume Manager product with engineers in the US and India.

Ashish Yajnik holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Strategy from Santa Clara University, which they earned between 2008 and 2011. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Ashish also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from SSGM College of Engg, Amravati University, India, which they earned between 1995 and 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, they attended Birla Vidya Niketan from 1992 to 1994, and St. Pauls Kota at an undisclosed time.
