Christina Santos has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christina started their career at TD as a Customer Relations Coordinator from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Templar Hotel as a Front Office Manager, where they were responsible for staff training, guest service, scheduling, payroll, and inventory management. From 2015 to 2017, Christina worked as an Operations & Customer Experience Manager at Templar Hotel, focusing on customer engagement, online presence, guest experience, and employee training. Christina then became the General Manager at Templar Hotel from 2017 to 2019, overseeing a team of cross-functional direct reports and managing the annual budget. In 2019, they joined Equity ICI Real Estate Services Inc. as an Assistant Property Manager, where they handled facilities management, budgets, software implementation, employee and tenant training, and new hire onboarding.
