Nicole Adams

Nicole Adams currently serves as Principal Customer Success Manager at Vendr, a position held since September 2022, having previously been a Senior Customer Success Manager within the same company. In addition, Nicole is a member of Women of Customer Success since November 2022. Prior experience includes Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Bevy, where significant achievements included 226% add-on attainment against quota and being named CS Rookie of the Year in 2021. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Bucknell University, complemented by minors in Arabic Studies and International Relations with a focus on Sustainability and Development, and was educated at the American School in London.
