Nerissa Lazeron

Nerissa Lazeron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the data and communication sectors. As the Managing Director and co-founder of Veneficus and the Veneficus Talent Academy since March 2021, Nerissa focuses on training and educating young talent in data-related roles. Previous roles include Sales Manager at both Paragon Customer Communications and PostNL, and Teamlead Sales at MrWork, where innovative recruitment solutions were developed. Nerissa's early career included significant managerial and project management positions at Calco and Accenture, where project organization and communication strategies were key responsibilities. Nerissa holds an MSc in Corporate Communication and a BSc in Communication Studies from the University of Twente.
