Ian Cherny

Ian Cherny began working for E & R Laundry and Dry Cleaners in 2012 as a Campus Representative. In 2015, they took on two roles simultaneously, working as an Athlete for Nike and a Shop Manager and Cheesemonger for Venissimo Cheese. As a Cheesemonger, they assisted customers in curating their perfect cheese selection, created bespoke, unique cheese and charcuterie platters for a wide variety of events, and collaborated with local businesses to lead themed cheese & beverage pairings.

Ian Cherny has a diverse educational background. In 2014, they obtained an Oral Proficiency Interview (French) - Level: Advanced Mid certification from ACTFL. From 2010 to 2014, they attended Colby College and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Global Studies and French Studies. From 2001 to 2010, they attended Riverstone International School and earned an International Baccalaureate. In 2022, they plan to attend California State University San Marcos and earn a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist.
