Tracey Smida

Tracey Smida has over 15 years of experience in product design and user experience design. Tracey is currently the Director of Product Design at Venminder, where they have been since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ActiveCampaign as a Product Design Manager from April 2019 to May 2021. Tracey also has experience as a Product Design Manager at Signal™ from October 2018 to April 2019, and as a Product Designer from March 2017 to October 2018. Before that, they worked as a User Experience Designer at MEDHOST from May 2014 to December 2016 and as a User Experience Design Lead at Southwest Airlines from June 2010 to May 2014. Tracey started their career as a Creative Services Manager at United Way of Greater Milwaukee from April 2009 to June 2010 and as an E-Commerce Designer at Midwest Airlines from October 2005 to April 2009.

From 1997 to 2001, Tracey Smida attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Communication Design.
