Kai Algar

Kai Algar is the Manager of People & Culture at Venngage. Kai has a long history of working in customer service and administration, dating back to 2011. In their previous role as Student Recruitment Administrator at CPA Ontario, Kai was responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of over 1,000 students. Kai has also worked as a Real Estate Salesperson and Administrator for Real Estate Homeward Brokerage. In their role as Project Coordinator at Falcon Hi Tec International, Inc., Kai coordinated the application for R&D government reimbursements on innovative engineered manufacturing products. Kai is passionate about people and culture, and is excited to be a part of Venngage's team.

Kai Algar has a certification in UX/UI Design from CareerFoundry, an Interior Decorating Diploma from Humber College, a Real Estate Licence from the Ontario Real Estate Association, an Accounting degree from Ryerson University, and a Business Administration degree from the University of Guelph.

Their manager is Eugene Woo, CEO. They are on a team with Wesley Bowles - Director, Client Services, Mia Marukot - Director, Engineering.
