Raja Lakshminarayanan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR franchising and cash management operations. Since December 2012, Raja has been the Franchising Business Partner at Venpa Staffing Services India (P) Ltd., managing candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, client acquisitions, and negotiations. Prior to this, Raja held significant positions at Shell as Team Manager for Treasury Operations, where management of a 30-member team was key, as well as roles at Steria Group, Citi, and Schlumberger, focusing on cash management and operational efficiency.
