Dan Opferman

Dan Opferman currently serves as Chief Insurance Officer at Vensure Employer Services since June 2022. In addition, Dan has held the position of Senior Vice President at AmWINS Brokerage of Illinois since September 2014, contributing to the firm's status as the largest P&C wholesale broker in the U.S. Prior roles include President of Risk Management Underwriters, Inc. from January 2010 to November 2014, and President of SCInsuranceMart, Inc. from August 2005 to January 2010, where Dan focused on employee benefit solutions and alternative workers' compensation programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at SCI Companies, President at Midwest Insurance Agency, and President/COO at Central Leasing Management, Inc. Dan Opferman is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
