Lara Gartner

Lara Gartner has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1996 as the Director of Research at Martin Partners LLC. Lara then worked as the Managing Partner at Gartner Partners LLC from 2004 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Lara served as a Director at MindSpring Partners LLC, focusing on business development, recruiting, and mentoring. Lara joined Ventas, Inc. in 2013 as the Manager of Recruiting & Hiring before becoming the Director of Talent Acquisition in 2015, a role they held until 2020. In 2021, Lara worked as a Director at Centre Lane Partners, LLC, a private investment firm. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Talent Acquisition at Ventas, Inc.

Lara Gartner holds a BA degree in International Relations from The Ohio State University.
