Charles Stump

Charles Stump has a vast work experience in various roles and industries. Charles served as the Director of Cloud Computing and DevSecOps at Ventech Solutions, where they led multiple departments and provided technology and cost reduction recommendations for government clients. Charles also worked as an Independent Consultant, where they performed IT assessments for companies and managed outsourcing projects. Prior to that, Charles was the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at LPL Financial, where they integrated Fortigent into the company and developed strategic plans. Charles also held the positions of Managing Director of IT & CIO and Managing Director of Software Engineering at Fortigent, where they oversaw IT infrastructure, operations, strategy, and software development. Charles worked as a Software Development Manager at IBM, leading the development of an e-tax filing system for the IRS. Charles also served as a Project Manager at Nextel, leading a rate planning and billing systems upgrade project. Earlier in their career, Charles held senior project management roles at Computer Technology Associates, managing various projects and implementing improvements. Charles also served as the Director of Software Engineering at MetrixPoint and the Chief Engineer at Computer Technology Associates. Charles started their career as the Director of Software Engineering and Co-founder of Leverage Technologists, where they contributed to the company's growth and profitability.

Charles Stump earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech from 1986 to 1990. Charles later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including SAFe 4 Certified Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL Foundation, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Project Management Professional.
