Kim Nauman

Kim Nauman has over 20 years of work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Kim is currently the VP of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Ventech Solutions since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Ventech Solutions from October 2019 to October 2021. Before joining Ventech Solutions, Kim worked at Battelle, where they served as the Director of Compensation & HRIS from October 2017 to October 2019. Kim also held various roles at Battelle, including Director of Compensation, Manager of Compensation, Sr. Compensation Consultant, and Compensation Consultant. Before Battelle, Kim worked at Big Lots as a Sr. Compensation Analyst and Compensation Analyst. Kim started their career as a Compensation Analyst at Mercer. Kim Nauman holds certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).

Kim Nauman, CCP, CEBS obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, specializing in Marketing and Transportation & Logistics from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, Kim attended Wittenberg University for an unspecified period. Kim also holds several additional certifications, including Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA), and Group Benefits Associate (GBA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Kim is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
