Kate Sberna is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Venterra Realty, Kate has previously held significant positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & M&A Integrations at United Site Services. Additional roles include Vice President and Chief Talent Officer at Sterling Construction Company, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Global Director of Learning & Talent at Aggreko, among others. Kate's educational background includes a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Toledo.
