Shane Nemmers has extensive experience in the construction and facilities management industry. Shane is currently the Vice President of Construction and Facilities at Venterra Realty, a position they began in August 2022. Prior to that, Shane was the Vice President of Construction at Prime Group from January 2021 to August 2022. Shane also served as the Senior Vice President of Facilities at Corvias from September 2019 to November 2020. Before that, Shane held the position of Vice President of Capital Expenditures and Maintenance at Buckingham Companies from November 2015 to September 2019. Shane was also the Senior Director of Renovations and Maintenance - Midwest and Mountain at Greystar from May 2014 to November 2015, and the Operations Manager at Waterton Residential from September 2001 to May 2014.
Shane Nemmers obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration from the College of DuPage between the years 2000 and 2002.
