Rodrigo Pena

Rodrigo Pena currently serves as the Head of Asset Management at Ventient Energy, where responsibilities encompass managing a diverse portfolio of assets across Europe, focusing on financial analysis, risk management, project management, and strategic thinking. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held the position of Southern European Portfolio Manager, facilitating day-to-day relationships with MSA providers, managing risk programs, and overseeing operational performance and budget analysis. Rodrigo’s extensive experience in the wind and hydro energy sectors spans nearly two decades at Iberwind, where roles included Head of Wind Department and O&M Area Manager, emphasizing wind farm operations, turbine maintenance, and electrical infrastructure management. Earlier career experience includes serving as Site Coordinator for hydro power station projects at OPM - Manutenção de Sistemas de Energia, Lda. Rodrigo holds an Executive Course of Project Management from Católica Porto Business School and a degree in Electrical Power Systems from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra.
