Parker Smith

Parker Smith is currently working as the Director of Cyber Security at Vention. Prior to this, they held various roles at Colony Brands, Inc., including Security Engineer/Architect and Information Security Analyst. Parker also served as the Business Manager at The Pointer Newspaper, where they managed finances and resources. Additionally, Parker has experience as an Information Security Analyst at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and as the Speaker of the Senate for the UWSP - Student Government Association. Parker began their career as an IT Consultant at Smith System Services and as a Computer Technician at Granite Wireless.

Parker Smith obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point between 2009 and 2014. In 2015, Parker obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)², followed by a Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge from the Cloud Security Alliance in 2017.
