Chrystal Pettitt, JM, CHC, currently serves as a Senior Compliance Specialist at Ventra Health, having joined the company in July 2024. With a strong background in compliance and health law, Chrystal completed a Jurisprudence Master's program in Health Law from Liberty University in June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Compliance Professional at Health Systems Management, Inc., where Chrystal enhanced corporate ethics and project management capabilities, and as a Compliance Auditor at Novant Health Corporate Health, identifying healthcare risks and improving quality assurance processes. Earlier career roles as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant span various organizations, including Hanesbrands Inc. and INTEGON Insurance Corp, with a foundational Bachelor of Arts in Music from the NC School of the Arts and a North Carolina State Certified Paralegal certification.
