Kenneth Miller

Kenneth Miller, MBA, SMC has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Kenneth is currently employed at Ventra Health as the Director of Sales Operations, where they have been since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at abeo (Abeo Management Corporation) as the VP of Business Development from December 2019 to August 2021.

Before that, Kenneth held the position of Senior RCM Consultant, Sales at Cantata Health LLC, where they were recognized as Brand Ambassador of the Year for their exceptional sales achievements. Kenneth also implemented cost-saving measures for a California hospital network and served as a nationally recognized speaker on RCM topics.

Kenneth's previous experience includes being a Senior Managing Consultant, Project Program Management at NTT DATA Americas, where they developed and implemented new product lines, including Denials Management software. Kenneth also led the integration of European clinical innovations with American analytics capabilities.

Kenneth has also worked as an Independent Consultant at Sleipnir Management, INC, providing transition and transformation management for healthcare facilities. Kenneth's role involved managing the IT Operations department and directing the activities of seven employees.

Earlier in their career, Kenneth held the positions of Director of Operations and Senior Contract Analyst at Claricon, LLC. Kenneth successfully applied Six Sigma cost control strategies and Agile software development environments to improve the bottom line. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Analyst and Assistant Project Analyst at Alexian Brothers Health System, where they managed budgets and implemented process improvements.

Kenneth's career began at Walgreens, where they served as a Specialty Staff Accountant, overseeing financial analysis and managing external financial relationships. Kenneth also gained experience as an intern at Lauterbach & Amen, performing bank reconciliations and cash position analysis.

Kenneth Miller, MBA, SMC completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Math from Benedictine University in 2008. Kenneth pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Dominican University between 2011 and 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications in HubSpot Sales Software and Service Hub Software from HubSpot Academy in 2023. Furthermore, they obtained Scrum Fundamentals Certified and Scrum Master Certified certifications in 2016 from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
