Lisa Jordan

Lisa Jordan has over 20 years of work experience in healthcare revenue operations and management. Lisa is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery Anesthesia Medicine at Ventra Health since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations at Optum from March 2019 to April 2023. Before joining Optum, Lisa served as the Executive Director of Revenue Operations at Reliant Medical Group for over a decade, from 2008 to 2019. Lisa also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Culbert Healthcare Solutions from 2007 to 2008. Lisa's earlier roles include Director of Elliot Professional Services at Elliot Hospital from 1999 to 2007, Manager of Professional Billing Operations at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from 1998 to 1999, and Practice Manager at Automated Medical Systems from 1993 to 1998.

Lisa Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Simmons University from 1984 to 1988. Lisa later pursued a Master of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from New England College between 2004 and 2006.
