Job description

You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients to our payment ecosystem, reviewing our funding & transaction integrity, supporting clients & escalations and providing inputs into the overall payments strategy. Ventrata has been profitable since 2018 and holds substantial private backing. There have been two successful rounds of funding prior to coronavirus. No funding has been required to maintain operations through the period. Our team is based in Czechia, UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, Croatia, Nigeria and the US.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Coordinate client onboarding to our partnered payment processing services.
  • Communicate with clients and payment providers to manage escalations regarding funding and transaction exceptions.
  • Coordinate with technical support, customer success, and sales teams to ensure client escalations are resolved.
  • Prepare reports and analyses of payments related data.
  • Support the sales team with payment commercials analyses.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of processes and documentation relating to Payments.
  • Assist with projects associated with payment networks and processors, including new and updated integrations, new features, and new partnerships. Help with testing the new features.
