Ray Biggs has a strong background in customer service and contact center management. Ray is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Ventrica, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Ray worked at John Lewis Partnership from 2016 to 2023, starting as the Head of Contact Centre Operations and later transitioning to the role of Head of Contact Centre and Customer Care. Before John Lewis, Ray held the position of Head of Customer Contact at Sainsbury's from 2013 to 2016. Ray also served as the Head of Customer Experience at Play from 2011 to 2013. Ray's early career includes roles at Home Retail Group as a Contact Centre Services Manager from 2003 to 2011, Npower as a General Manager from 2001 to 2003, SinglePoint as a Customer Service Manager in 2000, O2UK as a Customer Care Manager from 1998 to 2000, Vertex Business Services as a Customer Service Manager from 1997 to 1999, and The AA as a Team Manager from 1995 to 1997.
Ray Biggs attended Leeds Beckett University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Theatre Arts.
