Matt Young

Matt Young has extensive work experience in the food and retail industry. Matt currently holds the position of Commercial Director - International Export at Ventura Foods since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Commercial Director - APAC & EMEA Regions from March 2021 to February 2023 at the same company. Before joining Ventura Foods, Matt worked at IRI as a Client Insights Principal - Team Leader from 2012 to 2014, and at Symphony Group as a Client Solutions Director from 2008 to 2012 and as a Client Solutions Manager from 2006 to 2008. Matt also held roles at CROSSMARK as an Account Executive from 2004 to 2005 and as a Regional Operations Manager from 2002 to 2004. Within Ventura Foods, they held various positions including Director International Strategy, Planning, & Pricing from 2018 to 2021, Director Insights & Category Management from 2017 to 2018, and Senior Manager Insights & Category Management from 2014 to 2017.

Matt Young holds an Executive MBA in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
