Staci Smith has extensive experience in the food industry, specifically in the areas of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Staci began their career at The Hershey Company as a Plant Quality Assurance Specialist before moving on to roles including Supplier and Distribution Quality Auditor and Contract Manufacturing Quality Program Manager. Staci then joined Continental Mills as a Sr. Manager, Corporate Quality and Regulatory Compliance, where they defined and implemented strategic initiatives. Currently, Staci holds the position of Vice President at Ventura Foods, where they lead and directs quality and food safety initiatives for multiple manufacturing facilities and contract manufacturers.
Staci Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Penn State University. Staci also holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In addition, they have earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business from Lebanon Valley College.
