Victoria Thiagarajan is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager currently leading quality and food safety initiatives at Ventura Foods since November 2022. Previously, Victoria held the position of Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager at Sunrise Farms, overseeing a team of 15 professionals to ensure the delivery of safe poultry products. Expertise in food safety management was further developed during roles at Freshwater Fish Marketing Corp. as Food Safety Manager and Vantage Foods Inc. as HACCP-BRC Specialist, where responsibilities included managing HACCP and GFSI Food Safety Management Programs. Victoria's foundational experience includes serving as HACCP Coordinator at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Saskatchewan, specializing in meat processing innovations. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.
