Marlène Metgé has extensive experience in fund operations, compliance, and governance within the private equity and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as Governance Manager at the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and Director of Fund Operations at Inference Partners, Marlène has previously held significant roles at J. Safra Sarasin, Montagu Private Equity, C5 Capital, Point Nine Capital, The Carlyle Group, DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg. With a strong background in compliance monitoring, operational management, and legal coordination, Marlène has successfully implemented compliance policies, managed investor relations, and overseen regulatory reporting throughout their career. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Kauffrau from Universität Osnabrück and a Diplôme ESC from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM. Additionally, Marlène is a certified Vegan Natural Chef from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine.
