Jerry Klaes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jerry began their career as a Field Engineer at Gearhart Industries in 1981. Jerry then joined Gates Corporation in 1984 as a Manager, Connector Development. In 1997, they moved to Iomega as the VP of Quality and Customer Service, where they worked until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the VP of Quality and Customer Service at Brown Jordan International. Jerry then joined Tandberg Data/Exabyte in 2004 as the VP of Quality and Customer Service until 2011. In 2011, they joined Venture Electronics as the Director of Business Development - Storage Products. In 2014, they joined ESAB Welding and Cutting Products as the Global Customer Quality Leader, a position they held until 2015.
Jerry Klaes earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, studying from 1975 to 1980.
