Madison Ewing has a diverse range of work experience. Madison currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Venture First, a boutique financial services group that supports innovative companies and their investors. Prior to this role, they briefly worked as the Director of Hospitality at Rabbit Hole Distillery in 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, specializing in finance and accounting recruitment. Madison also has experience as the Owner of M.A.D.S Gallery from 2017 to 2020.
