MaryCatherine Wright

MaryCatherine is the Vice President of Talent at VFA, where she oversees the recruitment and selection process for fellows, as well as internal staff hiring. Prior to joining Venture For America, MaryCatherine started her career as a Teach For America corps member and spent the last decade working in talent acquisition in the education sector. Most recently, she worked as a Managing Director of Recruitment for Teach For America where she led collegiate recruitment efforts in the Northeast, Midwest and South. She lives in the Baltimore region and is an avid cook, dinner party host and yoga enthusiast.
