Carlos Contreras

Carlos Contreras is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership and engineering roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as Principal Electrical Engineer at Venture Global LNG since June 2023, Carlos previously held positions including Electrical Engineering Team Lead and Electrical Engineer-Capital Projects at Motiva Enterprises LLC. Earlier career contributions include roles as Electrical Project Engineer at Phillips 66/Airswift and Saudi Aramco Overseas, as well as PMT Electrical Project Engineer at Saudi Aramco. Carlos has also served as Lead Electrical Engineer at Technip and Project Engineer at Foster Wheeler. Earlier in the career journey, Carlos worked as Electrical Lead at Ingenieria Bucros and as an Electrical Engineer at CORPOELEC.
