Francis L. Leung

Francis L. Leung has extensive work experience in project controls and management roles. Francis L. started in 2002 as a Site Project Controls Manager at Austin Industrial, Inc. Francis L. then joined Chevron in 2006 as a Project Controls Manager, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Francis worked at Shell as a Project Services Manager, and later as a Team Lead for Cost Engineering & Planning in the Americas. In 2019, they transitioned to become the Manager of Project Services Delivery Excellence at Shell and held that position until 2021. Currently, Francis is the Vice President of Project Controls at Venture Global LNG.
