Mauro Gillette is an experienced operations and project management professional specializing in risk management and continuous improvement within the LNG and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Operations Manager for Continuous Improvement at Venture Global LNG since March 2023, Mauro has previously held significant positions such as Risk & Integration Manager for the Driftwood LNG Project at Airswift and Interface Lead for the Totalenergies North Platte Project at Competentia. With a solid foundation in project engineering, Mauro’s career includes extensive experience at renowned companies such as BP, where responsibilities included project risk management and cross-functional integration for major offshore facilities. Mauro holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University and has effectively contributed to high-stakes projects globally throughout a career that began in 1996.
