Roger Broughton

Roger Broughton has extensive experience in maintenance planning and project scheduling, currently serving as a Turnaround Planner at Venture Global LNG since March 2023. Previously, Roger worked as a maintenance and project planner at several companies, including Ascend Performance Materials, Limetree Bay Terminals, and EG LNG, where roles encompassed project scheduling and maintenance planning. Notably, Roger spent a significant portion of the career at Marathon Petroleum Company and Marathon Oil Corporation as a Maintenance Planner, and also gained experience as a Project Coordinator at Ashland Inc.
