Pati Ortiz Keme

Pati Ortiz Keme has been working in the field of community engagement and development since 2007. Pati began their career at Mano Amiga Foundation as a Development Manager, where they worked to improve the quality of life in under-served neighborhoods through community participation, family planning, access to healthcare, and education. In 2008, they moved on to become an Academic Editor at Centro de Formacion Politica y Ciudadana. In 2009, they took on the role of Project Manager at Alcaldia de Chacao, working directly with the Deputy Mayor to develop relations with the local community and the private sector. In 2010, they began working at FOUR YEARS. GO. as a Volunteer and Communications Coordinator, and also took on the role of COO at Victeams. Pati then joined Redwood City School District as a Community School Coordinator, and later as a Director in 2017. In 2022, they became the Executive Director at Redwood City Education Foundation, and in 2021, they accepted the role of Community Impact Strategist at Venture Leadership Consulting. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed as the Executive Director at Congregation Beth Am.

Pati Ortiz Keme's education history includes attending Colegio Jefferson, Hebraica from 2001 to 2004, and UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a B.A. in Philosophy.
