Ajaypal N.

Ajaypal N. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ajaypal began their career as a Process Engineer at Grasim Industries Limited Aditya Birla Group in 1995. After that, they joined NRC Ltd. as a Process Engineer from 1996 to 1998.

In 2001, Ajaypal joined Venture Lighting International as a Product Development Engineer and worked in this role until 2005. Ajaypal then served as an Engineering Projects Manager from 2005 to 2007, followed by the role of Manager of Advanced Engineering from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Ajaypal held the position of Director of Product Development. Currently, they are working as the Global Vice President - Product at Venture Lighting International, a role they have held since 2018.

Ajaypal N. completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering at The University of Akron from 1998 to 2001.
