Keith Adams

Keith Adams has a strong and diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Keith most recently worked at Weatherford as the Product Line Director (Interventions), where they managed a team of Product Line Managers and was responsible for over 360 personnel across global well intervention and completions projects. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Director (All Product Lines) at Weatherford, where they managed technical engagement at executive level for IOC's and NOC's to position new technologies. Keith also worked as the Regional Director (Completions) and Regional Manager SSA (Completions) at Weatherford, directing teams and overseeing completion and production product lines across regions. Before joining Weatherford, they held roles at Schlumberger and Camco Oilfield Services, gaining experience in operations management and completions engineering. Keith started their career as an apprentice at Hall Russel Ship Builders. Overall, Keith has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, developing business plans, and ensuring the achievement of budgeted revenues and targets.

Keith Adams completed the Leadership Development Program at the Mays Business School - Texas A&M University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Foundation degree (4 Year Apprenticeship) in Engineering Fitting from North East Scotland College from 1987 to 1991. Keith also holds various certifications in fields such as variable frequency drives and well control.
