Olivier Lebrethon

Olivier Lebrethon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the aerospace and education sectors. In their current role at Venture Orbital Systems, they serve as the VP CTO and is responsible for leading technology-related initiatives. Prior to this, they held the position of VP R&D, Production, and Procurement at the same company.

Before joining Venture Orbital Systems, Olivier worked at ALCADIA Entreprises as part of the Ariane 6 System Qualification team, where they contributed to system quality assurance. Olivier also gained experience at Sogitec as the Head of Procurement and Logistics.

In the education sector, Olivier worked as a Physics and Mathematics Teacher for the education nationale from 2015 to 2017.

Earlier in their career, Olivier held managerial positions at SES ASTRA and ASTRIUM Space Transportation, where they oversaw launch services procurement and the production of the ARIANE 5 launcher, respectively.

Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued their engineering degree in Aeronautics from Ecole nationale supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Constructions aéronautiques (ENSICA - Toulouse).
