Palak Dharia

Palak Dharia is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in innovation and project management within the consumer goods and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Innovation at VentureFuel and a Venture Fellow at SWAT Equity Partners, Palak focuses on investing in high-growth brands. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager in Portfolio Management & International Expansion and Project Manager in Commercialization at Ferrara, and Innovation Project Manager at Diageo, where Palak led initiatives that generated significant incremental sales. Holding an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Palak has demonstrated leadership in various student organizations and received multiple academic honors, including selection to the Dean's List and the Jane Robertson Memorial Academic Excellence Award.
