Charles Mandler

Charles Mandler has extensive work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Charles currently holds the position of Director of Midwest Dedicated Operations at Venture Logistics, a role they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pearson Foods Corporation from November 2019 to May 2022, where they served as the Director of Transportation and also held the position of Transportation Manager from July to November 2019. From February 2015 to August 2019, Charles worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Freight Operations Supervisor, where they effectively managed outbound processing and supervised personnel operations.

Before XPO Logistics, Charles had experience at Republic Services as a Residential Operations Supervisor from April to October 2014. In this role, they oversaw a team of drivers and helpers, implemented tactical initiatives, and resolved service requests and schedule changes. Prior to that, Charles worked at Holland as an Operations Supervisor from October 2012 to April 2014. Charles began their career at Werner Enterprises as a Fleet Manager, where they worked from July 2007 to September 2012.

Charles Mandler attended Winona State University from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
